The following describes the policy of Positive mental health rain or shine, a campaign of the Association pour la santé publique du Québec (ASPQ), regarding the confidentiality of personal information collected through the casecultive.ca site (hereinafter referred to as "SITE").
The ASPQ does not collect any personal information about you when you browse the SITE, unless you voluntarily provide such information by explicitly registering for a specific service that invites you to do so. You will always have the option of declining this request or discontinuing a subscription to a personalization service that you have previously chosen.
The personal information you are invited to provide on the SITE, such as your last name, first name, e-mail address and certain other information, is used to personalize the service you receive via the SITE and to send you various information by e-mail, if you wish. The ASPQ may periodically send SITE users newsletters about its activities.
ASPQ uses cookies to recognize SITE users in order to offer them the personalization services they have registered for and to keep track of their visits to the SITE. Le Collectif Vital declines all responsibility for damages resulting from possible access by third parties, via the Internet, to the personal information of SITE members, who use the SITE at their own risk.
The SITE may contain links to websites operated by third parties ("OTHER SITES"). Activating these links may cause you to leave the SITE. ASPQ has no control over OTHER SITES, and the existence of such links in no way implicates ASPQ's responsibility. Any information you transmit to these OTHER SITES will be subject to their respective privacy policies and practices. The ASPQ declines all responsibility for any abuse that may result.
