Adap•t – What Is Mental Health?

An educational resource developed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA-Montreal). Through three progressive activities, it guides students to define mental health in their own words, identify factors that protect or undermine it, and recognize the resources they can turn to when needed. Flexible and easy to incorporate, it can be facilitated in class or during lunch break.
