Social influences in adolescence: how to cope without suffocating?

Adolescence is a time of transition and discovery: young people explore and are influenced by friends, parents and, above all, social media. How can you tell if your teen is being negatively influenced, and if so, how can you equip him or her to deal with it? Pamela Baptiste, a youth centre counsellor, offers concrete tips to support your youngster, while Chloé, a 17-year-old teenager, shares her experience and what has helped her over the past few years to make choices in line with her values and aspirations.
