Interactive workshops on mental health for young adults

An interactive workshop designed for young people aged 12 to 25, centered around five short video testimonials addressing emotions, work-life balance, social media, loved ones, and well-being. For each video viewed as a group, participants are invited to reflect individually and then discuss in small groups using guiding questions. The workshop fosters a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere, where participation can take the form of listening or personal reflection.

    Nature, my ally

Participants will watch a video featuring images of Quebec’s natural landscapes, first without narration, and then with an explanation of the benefits of nature for mental and physical health. Each viewing will be followed by a discussion about their emotions, sensations, and the differences they noticed between the two viewings. As a group, they will then identify accessible locations near their homes where they can incorporate an outdoor activity into their daily routine starting this week.
