MENTAL HEALTH WEEK - SECONDARY SCHOOL

This kit offers five ready-to-use activities to promote the mental health of secondary school-aged youth (ages 12–17) during the week of May 4–10, 2026. The activities address concrete topics such as sleep, body diversity, active listening, and mental health, while developing skills such as managing emotions, making informed choices, and asking for help. Flexible and adaptable, they can be tailored to different settings and can be implemented in the order and at the time that work best for you.

    "Défi Réinspire"

"Le Défi Réinspire" invites students to earn points by taking concrete actions to support their mental health, in connection with themselves, others, and nature. The basic goal is to earn 20 points during the week (individually), but we encourage you to adapt the challenge to your group, whether by adjusting the point target or by setting a collective goal for the class or school.

Sleep Survey: Can You Spot the Cards in the Deck?

Using short, realistic profiles, students are invited to play the role of sleep detectives: identifying factors that influence sleep, understanding what helps or hinders it, and brainstorming possible, appropriate solutions. This activity aims to foster a nuanced understanding of sleep during adolescence, taking into account the biological, psychological, social, and cultural realities of young people.
