Screens are everywhere: at home, at school and at work! Can we be completely disconnected from screens and their influence on our lives? In this episode, discover the testimony of Tania, a mom whose teenager has had to deal with the impact of screens. Carolanne Campeau, PAUSE's Screen Risk Prevention Advisor, offers us a wealth of advice on how to better manage the hyperconnectivity in our lives.

Mélissa Larivière, dietitian, demystifies many of these recommendations and offers tips on how to make everyday eating easier for families.
Adolescence is a time of transition and discovery: young people explore and are influenced by friends, parents and, above all, social media. How can you tell if your teen is being negatively influenced, and if so, how can you equip him or her to deal with it? Pamela Baptiste, a youth centre counsellor, offers concrete tips to support your youngster, while Chloé, a 17-year-old teenager, shares her experience and what has helped her over the past few years to make choices in line with her values and aspirations.
